GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Communications \& Marketing Specialist helps plan, develop and implement all of CRMC’s marketing and public communications and public relations activities, both external and internal to keep the public informed of current services, events and employee and/or organizational accomplishments in order to increase positive public awareness and develop an accurate, consistent image of CRMC. JOB DUTIES:  Create, implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations plan that will enhance CRMC’s image and position within the market and region based on organizational specific objectives  Facilitate internal and external communications as well as ensure consistent image and position of the CRMC brand across all media platforms  Coordinate the appearance of all organizational print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, presentations, letters, speeches, etc.  Develops editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all CRMC publications and productions  Film and edit CRMC video productions  Manage and create content for all social media platforms  Maintain positive relations...
