If you are ready to be part of an extraordinary team of caregivers, then come work where you matter. **RN Clinical Supervisor** **Position Overview** The RN Clinical Supervisor is an experienced nurse responsible for ensuring that patient care and services are coordinated, managed and delivered appropriately. The RN Clinical Supervisor collaborates with other clinical leaders in directing care teams to provide the best possible care for all hospices in accordance to their unique Plan of Care. **Essential Functions and Skills** * Receives case referrals. Reviews available patient information related to case, including home visits, to determine hospice/home care needs. Assigns appropriate hospice personnel to case as needed.
