Description

This is a part time, on\-site administrative position, you’ll be the connective tissue between sales, art, and production—processing orders, prepping artwork, coordinating with our production team, and handling invoicing. If you've worked in a print shop or promo products environment and can also clean up a logo file when needed, that’s even better! What You'll Do * Process and manage customer orders for promotional products, custom apparel, screen printing, and embroidery * Assist with production scheduling and coordinate with print/embroidery operators * Generate quotes, purchase orders, and invoices; follow up on order status * Communicate with customers and suppliers to confirm specs, approvals, and timelines * Maintain order accuracy and quality control from intake through fulfillment What You Bring * Working proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (you don't need to be a designer, but you should be comfortable handling and prepping art files) * Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple orders at once * Familiarity with order/invoicing workflows; bonus if you've used industry tools or order management software * Clear communicator who's reliable and t...
