Caruso Homes is seeking a Senior Project Analyst that supports the financial planning and performance of the company’s projects. This role monitors project cash needs, analyzes project financial results, and maintains project\-level financial reporting and proforma files. The analyst works with Operations, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction, banks, investors, and auditors to review project information, identify issues, and support informed financial decisions. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor project cash balances and forecast project cash needs to support adequate liquidity. * Prepare regular reports on project cash positions, forecasts, variances, and anticipated funding requirements. * Prepare and analyze project gross margin reports, identify changes and variances, and work with Operations and Purchasing to validate cost\-to\-complete information. * Maintain project proforma files by reviewing their structure, formulas, links, and outputs to confirm they are functioning as intended. * Review Operations\-provided information in proformas for completeness, internal consistency, and reasonableness; flag questions and follow up with the appropriate teams. * Update proforma files a...
