**Job Summary** --------------- The Project Specialist serves as the lead technical or operational point of contact for an assigned area of specialty and provides technical and administrative support to field and Operations staff. The position supports the assignment, setup, communication, scheduling, coordination, preparation, and completion of assigned project tasks. The Project Specialist applies knowledge of applicable technical standards, client requirements, and established protocols; identifies and communicates project findings and issues; and provides guidance within the assigned area of expertise.
