Ely, NV Full Time Mid Level **True Harmony Company,** is looking for a helpful and motivated **Finished Products Technician Lead** to join our team in **Ely, Nevada**. **About the Role** The **Finished Products Technician Lead** is a hands\-on peer leadership role responsible for supporting daily operations across THC’s post\-harvest and finished products departments, including Harvest, Drying, Curing, Shucking, Trimming, Quality Control, Packaging, and Distribution. This role helps guide workflow execution, reinforce SOP and compliance expectations, support team training, and maintain product quality and operational efficiency throughout the finished products process. This is a lead\-level role within THC’s leadership structure and is intended to support, coach, and guide peers while partnering closely with Supervisors and Managers. This position does not perform formal employee management responsibilities such as disciplinary action, performance management, scheduling, timecard approvals, or hiring decisions unless specifically delegated by management.
