**Job Summary** A Property Investment Company with a portfolio of LLC's is seeking a full time Property Investment Accountant to oversee financial operations across multiple entities. This role will be phased in, with increasing responsibilities as familiarity with the company's portfolio grows. We are looking for a highly self\-motivated professional who can work independently, manage multiple entities, and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting. **Responsibilities** * Maintain accounting records and financial reporting for multiple LLCs. * Reconcile bank and investment accounts, and track operating expenses and capital expenditures. * Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and supporting schedules. * Coordinate with external tax professionals and attorneys on compliance and complex real estate transactions. * Manage depreciation schedules, property tax filings, and real estate asset tracking. * Provide financial analysis and assist with budgeting and forecasting. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, LLC sturctures, and property investment regulations. * Operate independently with minimal supervision, producint accurate and timely reports.. * Maintain c...
