**Job Summary** Cascade Springs is a locally owned and operated Hospice and Home care company. We take pride in providing the best possible care to our patients. We provide services for the frail elderly, developmentally disabled, patients recovering from surgery or illness, as well as those living with long\-term disability or illness. The Cascade Springs occupational therapist and physical therapist will provide physical therapy services to patient’s/clients who have been identified as appropriate for Home Health physical therapy. Wage will be on a Visit Rate basis.We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team.
