Operations Manager – Aloft Hotel **Salary: $51,000–$60,000 per year \| Full\-Time** We are seeking an experienced, hands\-on **Operations Manager** to join our Aloft hotel leadership team. Working closely with the General Manager, the Operations Manager helps lead daily hotel operations, develop and support associates, maintain Marriott/Aloft brand standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands\-on leadership position for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes ownership, and is comfortable working across multiple departments in a fast\-paced hotel environment.
