**Job Overview** Pharmacist\- Job Description The Pharmacist is the primary person who will work to set up, oversight and manage the new Pharmacy services; complete all required state and HRSA applications to get licenses; work with vendors to select the right Pharmacy Software, equipment, inventories and supplies; comply with the 340b drug pricing program and HRSA office of Pharmacy Affairs rules and regulations; ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations, including the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA); overseeing our 340B program, including development and growth, and (or) other non\-discretionary tasks, including the following: •Oversee and adjusts all workflows, space and systems needed to meet operational requirements * Provides training and supervision to Pharmacy Technicians, Clerks, and Patient Assistance Clerks * Maintain prescription drug, biological, and non\-prescription inventory at established levels * Assists the maintenance of inventory practices * Enter prescription drug orders into the pharmacy software systems * Make decisions regarding generic substitutions of prescribed pharmaceuticals, fill prescriptions per protocol, and performs Quality A...
