* We are seeking a dependable and organized **Shipping Lead** to support and coordinate our daily warehouse shipping operations. This position requires someone who is comfortable working with computers and inventory systems while also being able to perform the physical duties required in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with **Microsoft Excel**, warehouse picking and shipping processes, and be comfortable learning and working with systems such as **ShipStation** and our internal inventory management system. **Key Responsibilities** + Create, organize, and manage daily **pick lists using ShipStation** and Excel. + Look up products, SKUs, quantities, and locations using the company's **inventory system (IQ Reseller)**. + Use **Microsoft Excel** to organize, review, and create pick lists multiple times a day. + Pick products accurately from warehouse locations based on pick lists and customer orders. + Verify picked items, quantities, and product information before shipment. + Assist with packing, labeling, staging, and preparing orders for shipment. + Help coordinate daily shipping priorities and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. + C...
