Working independently under general supervision, the position reviews, drafts, revises, and negotiates standard and moderately complex agreements within established University and Dell Medical School standards; coordinates review of complex, non\-standard, or legally interpretive matters with the Dell Medical School Healthcare Contracts Manager; maintains contract records and reporting; and provides guidance to departmental personnel.
