### **Description** The Professional Services Project Engineer delivers ITC's client technology projects across Microsoft 365 and identity, network, server, cloud, and endpoint environments, from scoping and planning through cutover and a quality\-controlled handoff to service. Beyond technical execution, this engineer plans the work, runs client calls, documents thoroughly, and drives vendors to resolution. The role handles many small projects at once as well as large multi\-site and multi\-company programs. **This is a hands\-on delivery role. The Project Engineer is accountable for completing projects to scope, on schedule, and fully documented, leaving each environment ready for Service to support.**### **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Microsoft 365 \& Identity*** Implement identity and access management, including Entra ID, MFA, and conditional access. * Perform Microsoft 365 tenant setup and migrations. * Deploy and configure Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. * Configure Microsoft 365 licensing and security settings. * Design, clean up, and consolidate Active Directory environments. * Manage Entra Connect sync, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. **2\.
