**Join RSA and help make library materials easier to discover for our member libraries.** RSA is seeking a detail\-oriented, service\-focused Bibliographic Services Specialist to join our Bibliographic Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys cataloging, database quality, problem\-solving, and helping libraries provide accurate and accessible records for their communities. In this role, you will perform copy cataloging, support database maintenance projects, and work directly with RSA member libraries on cataloging\-related questions and needs. Your work will help maintain a high\-quality shared bibliographic database and improve the discoverability of library materials for both library staff and users. ***This position is set to begin in January 2027\.*** What You’ll Do * Perform copy cataloging of materials in all formats. * Edit MARC records independently while following RSA cataloging standards. * Load bibliographic records into RSA’s shared database. * Assist with database maintenance and collection batch edits to support quality control. * Participate in in\-person and virtual workshops, training sessions, and routine visits to member libraries. ...
