ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS** Position Title: MAT/HIV Nurse\-RN Position Number: Date: Employee: Work Unit: AACSB Administration County: Dougherty Immediate Supervisor's Title: Director of Nursing List positions supervised through immediate contact: None **B. QUALIFICATIONS:** * Maintain a current, active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license and practice in accordance with the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, agency policies, and applicable state and federal regulations. * Perform nursing assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, and provide safe, effective, client\-centered nursing care. * Administer prescribed medications, including oral, injectable, and other approved routes, while monitoring effectiveness, side effects, and client responses. * Provide MAT nursing services, including assessments, vital signs, medication reviews, prescribed injections, client monitoring, and education. * Conduct HIV screenings and rapid testing, provide education, communicate results confidentially, coordinate confirmatory testing, and connect clients with appropriate care. * Perform venipunctur...
