**About this Job** ------------------ The Division of Administration/Office of Finance and Support Services has a vacancy. This job title has an assigned pay grade of AS\-621\. This position is located in the Cash Disbursements Section. The Office of Finance and Support Services provides comprehensive accounting services, including financial reporting, analysis, budget development and preparation for the Division of Administration and various offices and agencies within the executive Department. The services provided by OFSS involve a range of agency responsibilities for implementing financial operational policies and procedures, preparing and monitoring all budget functions and providing monthly and annual financial statements to ensure accurate and timely financial services. The work is performed in compliance with state, federal, grant specific and office rules, policies, and procedures and are reviewed on the basis of results, reports and outside Independent audit, both federal and state.
