Description: Homestead Health Care provides care services in senior living facilities all across Michigan. We have been in business for over 30 years and have a great reputation throughout the industry. We are looking for a Regional Manager to give support to the Managers at the facilities. The area covered will include Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties. You will play a critical role spearheading growth and process improvement initiatives, manage profit and loss, and travel regionally to maintain a presence in the facilities you support to ensure sustained success. This is an on\-call position, you will be required to cover open shifts. **Experience managing a senior living facility is a requirement.** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Develops or expands corporate and facility programs * Monitors facility operations such as budget compliance, clinical services and regulatory compliance. * Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high performance teams through training, coaching, and accountability * Capable of filling in for vacant shifts and being available on\-call. * Identify opportunities pro\-actively within the region and implement action plans to address any potential...
