Job Description Reporting to the Clinical Information Systems Training Manager, the Clinical Information Systems Training Supervisor will champion and contribute to the creation of best\-in\-class learning opportunities and operational programs that build capabilities and knowledge for all providers and staff using Epic Systems applications and related technologies to further the missions of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. The Clinical Information Systems Training Supervisor will be responsible for managing trainers, managing projects, supervising daily activities of Epic users, development and delivery of all Epic training curriculum, environments, and classes for all Epic systems. This position will require establishing strong collaborative partnerships with business leaders and subject matter experts to assess performance needs and provide feedback to enhance organization performance.
