**SUMMARY** The **IT Manager** is responsible for leading the technology strategy and day\-to\-day IT operations for Open Gates Group. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this highly service\-oriented role works closely with department managers to understand challenges, solve problems, and make the systems they rely on more effective and efficient.
