Reporting to the SVP, Corporate Finance \& Strategic Forecasting, the Director, Treasury \& Strategic Forecasting, will be instrumental in managing the company’s global treasury operations including lender \& banking relationships, cash forecasting \& working capital management, and debt transactions. In addition, this role will lead strategic financial planning and demonstrate strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the proven ability to drive process enhancements to ensure the company’s financial health and growth. **What You'll Contribute:** ***Corporate Finance \& Debt Management*** * Lead the annual strategic financial planning process in partnership with the business and FP\&A. * Lead the debt compliance RACI process, including covenant calculations, scenario planning, and periodic compliance certificate submissions. * Conduct capital markets diligence to optimize liquidity, evaluate transactional opportunities, and manage various scenarios and sensitivities. * Develop analyses on corporate finance topics such as cost of capital, interest rate hedging, liquidity, capital allocation, and leverage. * Support executive reporting by preparing debt compliance scorecards, financ...
