**We're looking for a hands\-on leader who can run a great shift, develop a strong team, and help grow our business in the San Antonio community.** MilkShake Factory is a premium dessert destination known for handcrafted milkshakes, premium chocolates, and exceptional guest experiences. Our San Antonio North location is looking for an energetic, outgoing Assistant General Manager who enjoys leading people, delivering great hospitality, and finding creative ways to bring new customers through our doors. **This isn't a position where you simply supervise shifts.
