**Role:** A leading cosmetics manufacturer has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Account reporting to the Corporate Controller. You’ll be responsible for supporting corporate financial reporting and the global consolidations environment. This role works closely with the company’s regional Accounting and Finance teams. Key accountabilities include * Assist in month\-end, quarter\-end and year\-end closing activities including the preparation of the management report and accompanying schedules. * Prepare and review of Group and other legal entity financial statements to ensure transactions and consolidations are properly reflected and in accordance with U.S. GAAP; * For overseas entities, review and understand the differences between statutory financials and financials reported to corporate, coordinate with corporate tax to ensure these differences are properly accounted for in the tax provision/filings. * Prepare and record consolidation journal entries and reconciliations for month\-end closing; * Analyze and document significant account fluctuations for senior leadership. * Review balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting from subsidiaries; * Ensure fi...
