Through the Cover Crop Program, we’re going deep in **Tampa \- St. Pete Metro**, establishing relationships with key players (also known as our Soil Mates) in the soil community, and partnering with like minded brands that are committed to the earth beneath their feet and the food on their plates. **The Role of Community Connector** Tractor is seeking a Local Community Connector to drive brand awareness, spread the Soil \& Soul Message and cultivate community engagement in Tampa \- St. Pete Metro. You will be the eyes and ears of Tractor on the ground. Your job is to understand the heartbeat of the city and find authentic ways for Tractor to become part of it. You’ll build relationships, create experiences, uncover stories, and develop a localized calendar that puts Tractor in the places and conversations that matter.
