The Regional Director, I \& I is the direct manager and strategic field leader for a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers supporting Pfizer’s I \& I portfolio. FRMs report directly to this role and operate under its strategic direction, day\-to\-day guidance, compliance oversight, and performance management. The Regional Director leads a team of field\-based access leaders who integrate patient journey ownership, reimbursement subject matter expertise, payer\-policy navigation, HCP office education, and account\-level access strategy to remove barriers and improve appropriate patient access. The Regional Director is accountable for the full patient access experience delivered by the team — from patient enrollment and needs assessment through therapy initiation, continuation, case resolution, and HCP office engagement. This leader sets the strategic vision and operational standards for the FRM team in alignment with the Pfizer Specialty Care Patient Solutions Access and Reimbursement plan, brand priorities, and compliance requirements.
