Overnight Remote Staff Pharmacist Per Diem **Location:** Remote, anywhere within the US **Schedule:** 7 on/7 off approximately 52 hours per pay period **Licensure Requirements:** Active IL, NE, HI, IA, CA pharmacist license required. About the Role Join our telepharmacy team as a Remote Staff Pharmacist, supporting multiple hospitals across several states. You’ll leverage technology and clinical expertise to verify medication orders, support care teams, and ensure safe, high‑quality patient care from a fully remote environment. What You’ll Do Telepharmacy Services * Complete remote order entry, order verification, and drug verification. * Transitions of care medication reconciliation. * Navigate multiple pharmacy information systems (PIS).Clinical Support * Provide drug information and therapeutic guidance to providers. * Assess medication appropriateness, dosing (including renal/hepatic adjustments), interactions, and compatibilities. * Support specialized populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, pregnant/nursing patients, HIV, and those with renal/hepatic impairment. * Maintain knowledge of IV therapies, TPN, cardiac/narcotic drips, IV antibiotics, chemotherapy, and more.
