Ecolab’s industry leading Nalco Water Manufacturing team as an Operations Managerin the Indiana, Michigan, Ohio Markets. As an Operations Manager, you will develop and lead a team of Field Service Representatives and Site Managers who provide operational capabilities along with water treatment solutions to manufacturing establishments. Within the team, you will be responsible for leading market initial services, ensuring service excellence, pursuing sales opportunities, and performing quality assurance visits. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relations within your territory. You will participate in recruiting, selecting, coaching, and the performance management process.
