Job description Please note that this is a per diem position that is paid on a per visit basis. It is an ideal for a nurse looking to supplement their income, pick up additional hours, or looking to go back do one\-on\-one patient\-centered care but does not want a set 8 or 12\-hour shift. You will be expected to visit patients at their residences within Santa Clara and San Mateo OVERVIEW InTouch Home Care Inc., is a growing provider of home health nursing and rehabilitation services in 9 counties in and around the San Francisco Bay Area. We are in need of nurses and rehabilitative specialists that can see our patients. The job is flexible, you get to choose your hours and base your hours on your own time and that which matches the needs and availability of your patients. It is up to you to decide how to schedule that time. We currently are offering part\-time and per diem positions. You can schedule as many or as few hours as suit your schedule.
