Responsibilities * Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient vital signs. * Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans. * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. * Provide education and support to patients and their families. Qualifications * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin. * Previous experience in behavioral health or addiction recovery preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Compassionate and patient\-centered approach to care.
