**Project Manager – Multifamily Construction \& Rehabilitation****Position Summary** ==================== We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential multifamily construction projects, including apartment renovations, occupied\-property rehabilitation, capital improvements, and new construction. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning and budgeting through bidding, construction, inspections, closeout, and turnover. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on knowledge of residential and multifamily construction and experience coordinating contractors, architects, engineers, property management staff, vendors, inspectors, and ownership. This position requires someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining control of budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and resident impact.
