**Construction Concrete Superintendent \- Guantanamo Bay** RQ Construction is seeking an experienced **Concrete Superintendent** to oversee the field operations for our structural concrete, tilt‑up, and masonry scopes on a hospital project located at **NS Guantanamo Bay, Cuba**. This position works closely with our on‑site Superintendent and Project Manager and plays a key role in coordinating and monitoring multiple concurrent phases of construction. This is an 80/20 role, with approximately 80 percent of your time spent in the field and 20 percent in the office. You will actively support and manage work across structural concrete, masonry, foundations, cast‑in‑place concrete, tilt‑up panels, and elevated structural concrete. Daily responsibilities include monitoring quality and progress, ensuring safety, and keeping each phase on schedule and built to RQ's standards.
