Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Manager in executing Flintrock Builders’ marketing plan. This role coordinates the day\-to\-day activities that promote communities, generate qualified traffic, support home sales, and strengthen relationships with realtors and prospective buyers. The Marketing Coordinator keeps listings, digital content, sales materials, signage, events, and project information accurate and current. The position requires strong organization, sound judgment, attention to detail, and dependable follow\-through across several active communities and deadlines. Role Scope This position is responsible for marketing coordination and execution. The Marketing Manager retains responsibility for strategy, positioning, budget approval, and major campaign decisions. The Marketing Coordinator has no direct reports and supports approved budgets by tracking expenses, invoices, and vendor commitments.
