Description

Ben's Garden is a handcrafted lifestyle brand made in New York since 1992\. Everything we sell starts in our studio: paintings, photography, and decoupage built from antique ephemera Ben collects across Europe. We're looking for one person who can take our raw content, see the story in it, and turn it into finished short\-form video people stop for. Grow with us. This starts as freelance, but we're not looking for a one\-off. We're a growing company, we promote from within, and the right person grows with us. What you'll do * Take hours of raw footage of Ben at work, find the moment worth watching, and finish it into a captivating 15–20 second video, ready to post * Bring your own vision: decide what each piece is about, then execute it start to finish — cut, pacing, captions, music * Shadow Ben, our founder and creative director, on scheduled days at our Stony Brook shop and our Long Island studio * Shoot on your phone and edit in CapCut * Deliver finished videos within 48 hours of each shoot Who you are * You finish things. We want a final, polished piece, not a rough cut * The edit is your strongest skill: you can sit with long, unscripted footage and pull out what's interesting...
