**Oregon Occupational Medicine** is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work alongside our team of experienced Physical Therapists to provide high\-quality care and rehabilitation services to our patients. **Responsibilities:*** Collaborate with Physical Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. * Assist patients with exercises and activities aimed at improving strength, mobility, and function. * Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. * Educate patients on proper body mechanics and techniques for injury prevention. * Administer therapeutic modalities, such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, under the direction of a Physical Therapist. * Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and provide updates on progress. * Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient treatment and progress. * Assist in the setup and maintenance of treatment areas and equipment. * Participate in team meetings and continuing education to improve skills and knowledge. * Adhere to ethical and lega...
