**UNIVERSAL Technologies** is seeking a **Telephony SME with emergency services experience** for a long\-term position in Brooklyn, NY. Applicants should be prepared for onsite work in Brooklyn. **Active LinkedIn preferred.** **MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 12 years of experience in a particular technical and/or business application, product, platform or methodology. * Min 4 years’ experience VOIP/Standard PBX Voice (ex. Nortel, Avaya)/SIP with related certifications. * Experience in methods and best practices in detailed engineering of voice/IP\-PBX/VOIP systems * Experience and familiarity with service provider voice and data transport system and technologies.
