**About Us:** Impact Kids has been providing safe, fun, and meaningful enrichment programs for over 10 years, and today we serve students at public and private schools across the country. Students have a safe space to develop, learn, play, and most importantly, just be kids in our before, during, and after school programs! **Who We Are Looking For:** We are looking for a motivated Area Manager to oversee multiple school sites delivering our after\-school enrichment programs. This person must be highly organized, people\-oriented, and passionate about educational impact. The ideal candidate has a strong background in program operations, team leadership, and customer service. You will be directly accountable for the operations, quality, and customer satisfaction at each assigned school. This includes acting as the primary liaison between Impact Kids and school administrators, educators, coaches, and families. The Area Manager is responsible for ensuring programs run smoothly, maintaining high standards of instruction, and supporting staff on\-site.
