Financial Controller **Title: Controller** **Location: Austin, TX** **Full Time role** Job Summary We are seeking a hands\-on Financial Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, month\-end close, and process improvements. Reporting to the CFO, this role will manage a small accounting team while performing day\-to\-day accounting activities. Key Responsibilities * Manage monthly and year\-end close, general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. * Oversee AP/AR, accruals, inventory, cost accounting, and cash flow reporting. * Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax requirements, and financial controls. * Prepare financial reports, analyze budgets, and reconcile intercompany transactions. * Maintain accounting systems, improve processes, and support external accountants. * Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members.
