Position Description: **Summary**We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team. The MA plays a vital role in supporting clinical operations and delivering exceptional patient experience. This non\-exempt role combines direct patient care with front\-of\-house and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth daily clinic operations and high\-quality, personalized treatment. The MA works closely with the Clinic Manager and Medical Provider to support efficient workflows, maintain clinical standards, and promote positive patient outcomes. Position Responsibilities: * Perform phlebotomy on all patients, ensuring proper collection, labeling, and handling of lab samples. * Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, educating patients on self\-administration as needed. * Constitute medications and prepare them for patient pickup according to clinic protocols. * Triage patients, collecting and recording vital signs and health metrics. * Complete InBody scans and other metabolic health assessments to support patient care plans. * Manage patient flow to minimize wait times and optimize clinic efficiency. * Greet, check in, and check ou...
