**Job Title:** Regional Maintenance Director **Company:** Tallis Corp. **Location:** Greater Los Angeles Area (Temple City, Pasadena, Glendale, Sylmar, Koreatown) **Compensation:** $35–$45 per hour ### **Position Summary** Tallis Corp. is seeking a reliable and experienced Regional Maintenance Director to support the maintenance needs of our network of nine skilled nursing facilities throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. This role serves as a hands\-on maintenance resource, assisting facility maintenance teams with repairs, inspections, preventative maintenance, regulatory compliance, and special projects.
