**Position Summary** The Superintendent is an onsite team leader working with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, Director of Field Operations and General Superintendent to ensure effective management and coordination of assigned jobsite resources toward the common goal of quality and timely delivery of services which exceed customer's expectations. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Planning for, scheduling, tracking, maintaining adequate supervision of, and motivating multiple subcontractors and suppliers for the project assigned. * Responsible for scheduling, interfacing, and promoting good relationships with project owners, building officials, architects, engineers, and project service providers. * Responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet master project schedule milestones by developing, preparing, and maintaining a two\-week, short\-interval construction activity schedule ensuring relevant parties are kept apprised of all schedule changes on a regular basis. * Responsible for enforcing Hubbell’s work rules and safety policies as they apply to HCS and its employees in addition to ensuring that subcontractors are held responsible for enforcing these same ...
