### **Position Overview** This role is designed for someone passionate about driving key business outcomes, strengthening internal professional relationships, and expanding their understanding of enterprise\-level operations. The position focuses on improving network stability, enforcing process discipline, advancing category growth, and elevating operational excellence across the organization. Reporting directly to the VP/Director of Operations, this person will work closely with Plant Managers as well as the EPM, PE, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams. In many cases, they’ll act as a “Delegated Process Owner” on behalf of senior leaders, managing high\-impact operational projects. The role requires frequent collaboration with multiple departments, especially Supply Chain, PLS, and FP\&A. ### **Core Responsibilities** This position plays a key role in supporting network operations, driving continuous improvement, optimizing processes, and contributing to overall business strategy and profitability.
