**Position Summary** The Regional Director will oversee the management of all Center Managers in their designated region, and as such, responsibilities include but are not limited to hiring, performance management, and successful development of the Center Managers on the Regional Director’s team. The incumbent has frequent interaction and collaboration with Market Medical Directors to ensure each facility is staffed with competent, professional team members during scheduled hours of operation. The Regional Director oversees expense control and ensures effective management of clinic budgets as coordinated between Center Managers to ensure key metrics are achieved. **Duties and Responsibilities** Day to day management of the Center Managers to ensure the following responsibilities are carried out and deliverables are met, including: * Collaboration at the clinic level between ancillary and provider staff to ensure clinics are operating as a unified team * Meeting and adhering to budgetary goals and expectations, including successful expense and vendor management * Effective staffing and scheduling, including assisting with scheduling and call outs as appropriate * Successful hiring a...
