Position Summary This role provides strategic leadership for the eCommerce Forecasting and Replenishment function, with accountability for driving process improvement, leading analytics teams, and advancing replenishment methodologies across the organization. The position is responsible for establishing a high\-quality forecast process, overseeing replenishment evolution initiatives, integrating new technologies and best practices, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The leader manages both people and processes, including talent development, organizational design, project prioritization, cross\-functional stakeholder engagement, and performance management. Success in the role requires extensive experience in demand planning, forecasting, process reengineering, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and project management, along with strong analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and change leadership skills.
