Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) will: * Provide nursing care to patients following the Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice, within the framework of the Department of Nursing, and in conjunction with Specialty\-Specific Standards of Patient Care. * Utilize the Nursing Process to make nursing judgments and assumes responsibilities for nursing care and documentation to include delegation of work to other levels of employees. * Ensure practice meets compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care. Requirements: * Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing * Active Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing or compact state RN license in good standing. * Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers * De\-escalation Training * Phlebotomy Training * Six (6\) months of nursing experience is desirable for specialty areas. * Nursing Care Knowledge through the lifespan. * Effective people skills and communication. * Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite. * Proficiency in the use of technology in care delivery. **Sala...
