Job Title: Shift Production Coordinator Department: Technical Reports to: Technical Director FLSA: Exempt Date: 09/01/2026 SUMMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Technical Director, the Shift Production Coordinator will be responsible for the safe, efficient and reliable day\-to\-day operation of the Gramercy plant per established standards, procedures and plans. The Shift Production Coordinator oversees and coordinates technical processes and projects across units to accomplish these objectives. The Shift Production Coordinator must be able to communicate and closely collaborate with the Unit Superintendents, Technical Teams, Production Shift Supervisors, and Maintenance Supervisors to ensure daily and weekly schedule development and adherence to maintain good overall plant conditions. The ability to coordinate production adjustments is also critical.
