**Job Summary:** The Warehouse Supervisor leads and oversees all warehouse operations within a refinery environment. This role is responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and supporting refinery operations through efficient material handling and logistics. **Essential Functions:** **Warehouse Operations Management** * Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping of materials and equipment. * Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous and non\-hazardous materials in accordance with refinery standards. * Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety. * Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. * Responsible for developing project timelines, regularly communicating progress, and driving projects through to completion. **Inventory Control** * Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems (Maximo and Acumatica). * Conduct regular cycle counts and complete physical inventories; investigate and resolve discrepancies. * Monitor stock levels and reor...
