Position Type: Hourly Pay Range: $20\.00–$25\.00 per hour DOE, plus participation in the event tip pool Reports To: Operations Manager POSITION SUMMARY The Executive Steward is responsible for maintaining the organization, accuracy, cleanliness, and readiness of Encore Catering’s operational resources. This hands\-on role supports the successful execution of events by overseeing accurate pack\-outs, warehouse inventory, catering equipment, fleet maintenance, and event\-related logistics. The Executive Steward works closely with the Operations, Culinary, and Sales teams to ensure every event leaves the facility properly packed, organized, and prepared.
