**About MT3D Design** MT3D Design is a mechanical engineering and fabrication firm in Helena, Montana. We work with defense contractors, industrial manufacturers, and individual clients on custom tooling, 3D printing, reverse engineering, and prototype development. We are a small, hands\-on team growing fast — and we need someone to help run the business so our engineers can stay focused on the work. **About the Role** This is a new position, and the right person will help build it. You will be the first point of contact for walk\-in customers and phone calls, keep billing and scheduling on track, and help implement the systems that will let us grow.
