At R \& S Maintenance Service, having the right parts available at the right time makes a real difference. When a truck needs repairs, delays in locating parts or materials can mean more downtime for the customer. We're looking for an Inventory Manager who can take ownership of our parts inventory, keep stock organized, and make sure our service team has what it needs to get the job done. The position You'll manage the day\-to\-day flow of parts, supplies, and materials used in our diesel repair and maintenance operations. Your responsibilities will include: * Monitor inventory levels and order parts before shortages affect repair work. * Coordinate purchasing, deliveries, and returns with suppliers. * Organize parts storage areas and maintain accurate inventory records. * Track incoming and outgoing parts, tools, and maintenance supplies. * Work with technicians and service staff to identify upcoming parts needs. * Compare vendor pricing, availability, and delivery timelines. * Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies. * Help reduce unnecessary purchases, excess stock, and wasted materials. * Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and returns....
