**ABOUT THE ROLE** CountryPlace Mortgage, a leading nationwide personal property, mortgage and commercial lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking an **Area Sales Manager** to help grow our Sales Team. This role is area based. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving loan volume growth across their assigned area, leading and developing a team of Regional Sales Managers (RSM’s).
