**On\-Site Property Manager** JK Management – (Wilsonville, OR 97070\) Onsite Apartment Manager (Wilsonville, OR) JK Management is looking for a dependable full\-time Onsite Apartment Manager. All applicants must be 18 or older and must pass a criminal background check. This position is for an 84\-unit apartment complex in Wilsonville, OR. Compensation includes a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment valued at $1,625/month plus monthly salary of $3,640\. Managers are required to live onsite in the apartment provided. Duties will include, but are not limited to: \-Day to day complex operations \-Showing apartments and accepting applications \-Accepting rent and completing deposits \-Daily inspection/cleaning of the grounds and garbage enclosures \-Posting notices to residents \-Managing the turnover of move\-ins and move\-outs \-Covering duties for neighboring complexes \-Light maintenance 1\-2 years of apartment management experience is preferred.
